1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to:

  • All major cities in India

  • Tier-II and Tier-III cities (subject to courier availability)

2. Shipping Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 days

    • Other cities: 5–8 days

    • Remote areas: 7–10 days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above a certain amount (choose as per your business).

  • COD (if enabled) may include additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt 2–3 deliveries.
If undelivered, the product will be returned to us.

6. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Take photos/video immediately

  • Contact support within 24 hours

We will replace or refund as per the return policy.

7. Wrong Address

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong pin code

  • Unreachable contact numbers
